The Highlands LLEN will work to facilitate young people participating in Partnerships that prove an informed and supportive environment for all young people to enable lifelong learning and career and pathway planning, and improve their education and transition outcomes.

We will build strategic partnerships that deliver outcomes for four key stakeholder groups.
